Although always active growing-up, I only I took up regular exercise in my early 20s. I found that not only did my body shape change completely but my energy levels increased and I felt much happier. More recently, I have experienced the challenge of getting back into shape post-pregnancy and fully appreciate how difficult it is to find the time and energy to focus on a healthy lifestyle.
