Personal training isn’t about just getting fit, its about changing your whole lifestyle. Whether you are a trained athlete, have previously exercised but feel a little bit out of shape or you are completely new to fitness, personal training can and will change your lifestyle, for the better.
Why should I use a personal trainer?
Working with a personal trainer is the safest and most effective way to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle, reduce stress or increase your strength and flexibility, we can help. We will provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need to achieve the results you desire. Everyone is unique, so by carefully analysing your personal goals, exercise history and by taking an initial fitness assessment, we will design an exercise program that is safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs, ensuring goals are reached in the quickest time possible.
Where can you train?
You can train in the gym, outdoors in the park, near work or at your home in and around Chelsea, Fulham, Battersea, Putney, Barnes, Clapham and Wandsworth – wherever is most convenient for you
Would you rather train with a couple of friends, or just fancy exercising with other people? Contact us if you would like to train in a small group and we will do our best to find a session to suit you.
Sport specific training is fitness training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement and is very often used by most strength and conditioning coaches.
Training programs for performance enhancement could include areas such as strength and conditioning, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, agility, mental preparation (including goal setting), recovery techniques, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Whether you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or have recently given birth, staying fit and healthy is extremely important.
We will safely and effectively help you meet the challenges of pregnancy, delivery and post-natal recovery.
Whether this is your first pregnancy or you’re already a mum, we can help you with pre-natal weight gain, post-natal weight loss, pain management and pelvic floor strengthening.
Are you looking to get back into shape post-pregnancy? Would you like to bring your baby to the park while you train? Buzz Fitness offers fun classes for new mums. You can make a class with an existing ante-natal group and train together or you can contact us if you would like to train with other mums.
