Founder & Personal Trainer

Although always active growing-up, I only I took up regular exercise in my early 20s. I found that not only did my body shape change completely but my energy levels increased and I felt much happier. More recently, I have experienced the challenge of getting back into shape post-pregnancy (twice!) and fully appreciate how difficult it is to find the time and energy to focus on a healthy lifestyle. I specialise in Ante and Post Natal Fitness, Fat and Weight loss and Functional Training. When I am not working, I enjoy challenging myself with competitive running and triathlons and spending time with my two boys. I am passionate about physical exercise and love inspiring people to believe that their fitness goals are achievable. I believe in making exercise accessible, challenging and good fun.

Co-Founder, Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist

My aim as a trainer and sports therapist is to make goal orientated training enjoyable.

Having played sports at high competitive levels from an early age, my passion for health and fitness was fuelled by the differences in training for each sport. My interest in injury rehabilitation and prevention developed from an ankle injury which caused me to take a different path in my career. This in turn lead to the completion of my degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy. Since graduating I have enjoyed working as a self-employed Sports Therapist and received a Diploma in Personal Training with specialist knowledge of Functional Resistance Training for Sport and Ante and Post Natal Training. I am still playing competitive sport on a regular basis and my own training reflects this.

My aim as a trainer and sports therapist is to make goal orientated training enjoyable and varied whilst still achieving each individuals’ targets. Whether that is getting back to full fitness from injury, strength and conditioning for specific sports such as tennis, football or golf, or developing a healthier and active lifestyle and feeling better about yourself in the process!

Sophie is the by far the best personal trainer in London. After the first couple sessions, I immediately felt the results. She focuses on cardio exercises so you can burn fat and bring your heart rate up (which not many trainers do), developing strength so you can exercise with more ease, and really studies your problem areas to build  the adequate exercises. I have never felt better! Sophie is always encouraging and has enabled me to lose weight and run a 10k, something I never thought I would do! Having tried many different types of exercise and struggling to find the right type for me, finding Lotti was a breath of fresh air. Working closely with you, she tailors your workouts (and nutrition if required) to get the results that you want, with dedication, enthusiasm and the can do attitude needed in a PT. Having met Lotti when I had just had recovered from a broken ankle and operation, she used her extensive knowledge and training to ensure that my workouts strengthened the areas that my injury effected and improved the weak areas of muscle allowing me to have greater flexibility and strength. Sessions with Lotti are fun, varied and you can tell that she is rooting for you, especially when you need it in that last set of lifting weights! I would recommend Lotti to anyone that wants a PT in London – 5 stars!!!
